Nope. As long as we can access your yard, you don't need to be there. Most clients give us gate access information when they sign up and we take care of the rest.

Waste is double-bagged and placed in your outdoor trash bin at no extra charge. If you'd prefer we remove it from your property entirely, that add-on is available for $15/month — just select it when you get your quote.

We work through light rain — a little weather doesn't stop us. For heavy snow, ice, or unsafe conditions we may reschedule your visit and will reach out to let you know.

Yes. There are no long-term contracts. Just reach out by phone or text and we'll adjust your service. We ask for a little notice so we can update our route, but we keep it flexible.
